Above Picture started as a simple sketch from an Interior Designer on a small piece of plain white paper as shown above.
Every piece of this design is particularly cut to center the most prominent motif on the fabric.
Above Left picture the fabric appears to be a random print. and the above right picture the red flower is perfectly centered on each scallop.

Designer's Workroom offers moderate pricing for high end craftsmanship and will not cut corners. Pattern matching and centering motifs takes time and very rewarding for the home owner and Designer alike.
Mr. Weaver learned pattern making, cutting and design from Robert Speigel and was production manager for over 15 years at Roberts Drapery Workroom. Every pattern used in our Designer's Workroom is an original! How can you tell? All of our patterns use more material and offers a richer pleating style than store purchased. Patterns are made for each specific window width and finished length and we factor in the size of fabric motif and print repeat. Size matters! Large prints equals larger sections on a window valance so print detail is not lost, and just the reverse for smaller prints.
